Double Heat Press with perforated accessories
The LTS 760 PSA is equipped with a perforated heating plate cover and perforated printing plates as well as vapour-permeable mats. This enables the rapid extraction of annoying vapors or odors that can arise, for example, during fixation in the DTG process.
Vacuum system
The strong vacuum system is taking care of reducing the emission of released vapours (during the DTG fixation process). It does so by suctioning these into a tank located below the unit.
Also the vacuum system allows thin textile fabrics to have a perfect adhesion on the printing plates to enable printing, e.g. on silk fabrics. Among other things, this helps to avoid unwanted wrinkling during printing.
LTS 750 PSA’s specific function also helps when applying rhinestones or Swarovski stones. Thanks to the suction, these remain in position on the fabrics and can be optimally fixed.
In addition to the above-mentioned work situations, all standard transfer processes can be carried out efficiently and conveniently with the LTS 750 PSA.

Free standing printing plate
The freestanding printing plates of LTS 760 PSA allow you to mount textiles easily in a single layer; only the fabric segment to be printed rests on the printing plate.
Digital display
The clearly arranged digital display allows you to conveniently set and control the transfer time and transfer temperature. This press features a memory function, thanks to which you can save up to three different temperature and time programs for pressing flock-, flex- or sublimation transfers. A job counter function allows you to count the prints completed.
Simplicity of use
The transfer process starts conveniently at the push of a button. A convenient automatism will now lower the heating plate, lock it and keep it under pressure. After the countdown of the set transfer time, the heating plate will lift automatically. If desired, a speed regulator is available to control the tempo.
Thanks to the wide-angle opening, you can overview the entire transfer area and conveniently position your print motifs. Mounting and unmounting the textile is very easy to do. Accidental contact with the heating plate will be avoided due to wide opening angle.
Pre- and post-pressing functions
This comfortable heat press is equipped with a pre- and post-pressing function. By pressing a stop button, the usual transfer program can be shortened as desired.
This function enables you to iron your textile before transferring or post-press, without the need of changing the transfer settings.
Dimensions
Perfect dimension for printing on various textiles as well as sublimation media. Transfer area: 45 x 60 cm, alternatively 40 x 50 cm as LTS 750 PSA.
Safety
The ergonomic swinging function and safety audio / visual signs ensure a safe working process. The wide-angle opening avoids hand burnings.
