The LTS 750 BAG-U was developed from the ground up with one clear objective: to offer the best solution on the market for heat transfer printing on deep, bulky and voluminous textiles.
Where conventional heat presses reach their limits, the BAG-U really comes into its own.
Designed for volume – not compromise
At the core of the BAG-U are the completely free-standing lower platens. They allow bags, backpacks, sports bags and travel bags to be mounted and positioned easily – with no material build-up, no creasing and no loss of pressure.
Only the area that actually needs to be printed rests on the platen. Zips, seams, padding or pre-applied motifs remain outside the pressure zone.
The result: clean transfers, consistent quality and significantly reduced waste.
Two pressing stations for maximum productivity
The pneumatic heat press is equipped with two independent platens. While one side is pressing, the other side can already be prepared.
This saves valuable time – especially for production runs.
Interchangeable platens – one system, many applications
Thanks to its modular design, platens in different sizes and formats can be changed quickly and without tools.
