Heat Press in XXL with smart membrane technology

This heat press offers innovative and unique printing options like no other on the market.

Due to its powerful membrane technique, it is perfect for the lamination of media with different heights (such as electronic components) and thus the preparation of smart textiles. An air-inflated rubber membrane provides absolute uniform pressure right into the corners.

The two extricable printing plates allow easy positioning of textiles or hard substrates, as well as motifs for transferring.

While one of the printing plates is used for the printing process, the second one can be prepared for the next print.

A continuous and quick system to speed up your production.

Ceramic heating rods

Fast heating and even and constant transfer temperature is guaranteed, as well as extended durability of the unique ceramic heating elements used for this series only. The heating rods can be exchanged one by one, representing a very economic and sustainable solution.

2 extricable printing plates

The extricable printing plates offer comfort when positioning the textile or sublimation media as well as the motifs/prints. While one of the printing plate is used for the printing process, the second one can be prepared for the next print.

Digital display

On the touch screen, you can easily set and monitor the transfer time as well as the working temperature and pressure.

Simplicity of use

The transfer process starts conveniently at the push of a button. A convenient automatism will now inflate the flexible rubber membrane and press it (together with the print media) against the upper heating plate. Here it will stay in position and keep under pressure. After the countdown of the set transfer time, the rubber membrane will stop the process by lowering the membrane and deflating.

Thanks to the extricable opening, you will overview the entire transfer area and conveniently position your print motifs. Mounting and unmounting the textile is very easy to do.

Dimensions

Perfect dimension for printing on large format textiles as well as sublimation media.

Alternatively, we offer printing spaces of (2 x) 160 x 75 cm as LTS 1675 M, (2 x) 160 x 100 cm as LTS 1600 M, and (2 x) 180 x 100 cm as LTS 1800 M.
