Heat Press with smart membrane technology
This pneumatic membrane heat press has an inflatable working plate which fills with compressed air. This technology allows an almost perfect compensation of unevennes such as thick seams, buttons, zips, polo strips etc. It is also ideal for applications on technical textiles and dye sublimation on hard substrates.
Mikanit 2.0 heating technology
Fast heating and even constant transfer temperature are guaranteed, as well as extended durability of the heating elements. The heating rods can be exchanged one by one, representing a very economic and sustainable solution.

Free standing printing plate
The heating plate can be swiveled to one side, so that the printing plate is no longer covered by it. This simplifies your work process in two respects: first, mounting the textile is even more convenient, and secondly, you have a clear view of the entire textile, allowing easy positioning of the transfer. Only the fabric segment to be printed rests on the freestanding printing plate. Prints previously applied to the textile remain unaffected, and creases impairing the printing result (usually caused by two layers) are easily avoided.
Digital display
The clearly arranged digital display allows you to conveniently set and control the transfer time and transfer temperature. This press features a memory function, thanks to which you can save up to three different temperature and time programs for pressing flock-, flex- or sublimation transfers. A job counter function allows you to count the prints completed.
Simplicity of use
The transfer process starts conveniently at the push of a button. A convenient automatism will now inflate the flexible rubber membrane and press it (together with the print media) against the upper heating plate. Here it will stay in position and keep under pressure. After the countdown of the set transfer time, the rubber membrane will stop the process by lowering the membrane and deflating.
Thanks to the wide-angle opening, you can overview the entire transfer area and conveniently position your print motifs. Mounting and unmounting the textile is very easy to do. Accidental contact with the heating plate will be avoided due to wide opening angle.
Dimensions
Perfect dimension for printing on various textiles as well as sublimation media. Transfer area: 38 x 48 cm, alternatively 43 x 58 cm as LTS 560 M.
Safety
The ergonomic swinging function ensures a safe working process.

- Transfer should not be pressed directly over unevenness
- Heat resistance of the unevenness must be taken into account
