Semi-automatic large-format heat press

The LTS 480 is a semi-automatic heat press with an electromagnet lock. It is particularly suitable for applying transfer materials and sublimation prints onto larger textiles.

Mikanit 2.0 heating technology

Fast heating and even and constant transfer temperature is guaranteed, as well as extended durability of the heating elements. The heating rods can be exchanged one by one, representing a very economic and sustainable solution.

Displays for time and temperature

The clear digital temperature and time displays feature an easy set of data and allow permanent control of the process

An eco-mode is automatically activated after 30 minutes. Thanks to this the heat press is set into an energy-saving stand-by state.

Simplicity of use

The transfer process starts after pulling the smooth-running hand lever down to the printing plate. Now an electromagnet takes work over: It keeps the heating plate locked and under pressure.

After the countdown of the set transfer time, you will hear a discreet acoustic alert. This indicates an automatic unlocking of the heating plate, which will silently and smoothly open.

The pressure can be continuously adjusted by turning an easily accessible set dial.

Special printing plate

The printing plate of the LTS 480 features a special silicone overlay and a heat-resistant Nomex cover. The heating plate is covered with a Teflon overlay.

Dimensions

LTS 480 offers a perfect dimension for printing onto large formats of textiles.

Transfer area: 120 x 50 cm, alternatively available are LTS 470 (90 x 50 cm) or LTS 500 (100 x 70 cm).
