Versatile Heat Press for DTG / DTF / any transfer jobs

The semi-automatic LTS 150 Slide Perfor offers vast advantages in just one heat press:

1. Fixation: Perfect for fixation, thanks to a perforated heating and perforated printing plate, as well as specially developed vapour-permeable foam pads (see picture). Thus, our Perfor equipment makes it easier for the vapours to release during fixation process. Since the fixing vapours can cause paint particles to come off with conventional lacquered heating plate covers, the Lotus perforating presses are designed with a solid heating plate cover.

2. DTG: The swinging heating plate can be easily fixed, e.g. for drying DTF transfers

3. Transfer prints: This heat press alternatively can be used for any transfer and sublimation jobs.

Free standing printing plate

The freestanding printing plate of each press allows you to mount textiles easily in a single layer; only the fabric segment to be printed rests on the printing plate. Prints previously applied to the textile remain unaffected, and creases impairing the printing result (usually caused by two layers) are easily avoided.

Digital display

The clearly arranged digital display allows you to conveniently set and control the transfer time and operating temperature.

In addition, this press is equipped with a memory function, thanks to which you can save up to three different temperature and time programs for pressing of flock-, flex- or sublimation transfers.

Simplicity of use

The transfer process starts after pulling the smooth-running hand lever down to the printing plate. Now an electromagnet takes work over: It keeps the heating plate locked and under pressure.

After the countdown of the set transfer time, you will hear a discreet acoustic alert. This indicates an automatic unlocking of the heating plate, which now will silently open and swing sideways.

Thanks to the wide angle opening, now unmounting of the printed textile and mounting of the next is very comfortable.

Now you are able to overview the entire transfer area. The positioning of the transfer is easy and ergonomic to do.

Pre- and post-pressing functions

In addition, this comfortable heat press is equipped with a pre- and post-pressing function. By pressing a stop button, the usual transfer program can be shortened as desired.

This function enables you to iron your textile before transferring or post-press, without the need of changing the transfer settings.

Dimensions

Perfect dimension for printing on various textiles as well as sublimation media. Transfer area: 40 x 50 cm, alternatively 38 x 45 cm as LTS 138 Slide Perfor.
