Heat Press featuring 2 heating plates

The LTS 560 S with its two heating plates (top and bottom) is perfectly prepared for the application of Swarovski stones (or similar) onto textiles.

Also, it helps avoid printing marks on sports garments and heat-sensitive textiles.

The specific design ensures an even and constant temperature of the upper and bottom plate during the transfer process. The heating plates are either operated simultaneously, or the upper heating plate is operated individually. In addition, the temperature of the two plates, if desired, can be set independently of one another by two separate digital displays.

This versatile heat press can also be equipped with interchangeable lower printing plates (without heating).

Mikanit 2.0 heating technology

Fast heating and even and constant transfer temperature is guaranteed, as well as extended durability of the heating elements. The heating rods can be exchanged one by one. This represents a very economic as well as sustainable solution.

Free standing printing plate

The freestanding printing plate of each press allows you to mount textiles easily in a single layer; only the fabric segment to be printed rests on the printing plate. Prints previously applied to the textile remain unaffected, and creases impairing the printing result (usually caused by two layers) are easily avoided.

Digital display

The clearly arranged digital display allows you to conveniently set and control the transfer time and transfer temperature. This press features a memory function, thanks to which you can save up to three different temperature and time programs for pressing flock-, flex- or sublimation transfers. A job counter function allows you to count the prints completed.

Simplicity of use

The transfer process starts conveniently at the push of a button. A convenient automatism will now lower the heating plate, lock it and keep it under pressure. After the countdown of the set transfer time, the heating plate will lift automatically. If desired, a speed regulator is available to control the tempo.

Thanks to the wide-angle opening, you can overview the entire transfer area and conveniently position your print motifs. Mounting and unmounting the textile is very easy to do. Accidental contact with the heating plate will be avoided due to wide opening angle.

Pre- and post-pressing functions

This comfortable heat press is equipped with a pre- and post-pressing function. By pressing a stop button, the usual transfer program can be shortened as desired.

This function enables you to iron your textile before transferring or post-press, without the need of changing the transfer settings.

Dimensions

Perfect dimension for printing on various textiles as well as sublimation media. Transfer area: 40 x 50 cm, alternatively 45 x 60 cm as LTS 560 S.

Safety

The ergonomic swinging function and safety audio / visual signs ensure a safe working process. The wide-angle opening avoids hand burnings.
