Heat Press in XXL - perfect for sublimation
Our LTS 609 features an extricable printing plate and has been particularly developed for large-format and sublimation printing on hard substrates such as ChromaLuxe panels etc.
Mikanit 2.0 heating technology
Fast heating and even and constant transfer temperature is guaranteed, as well as extended durability of the heating elements. The heating rods can be exchanged one by one, representing a very economic and sustainable solution.
On request, we will be happy to supply this heat press with an additional second lower heating plate. In this case, you will have the choice between using both heating plates at a time or only the upper or lower one.

Free-standing printing plate
The extricable printing plate offers comfort when positioning the textile or sublimation media as well as the motifs/prints.
Digital display
The clearly arranged digital display allows you to conveniently set and control the transfer time and transfer temperature. This press features a memory function, thanks to which you can save up to three different temperature and time programs for pressing flock-, flex- or sublimation transfers. A job counter function allows you to count the prints completed.
Simplicity of use
The transfer process starts conveniently at the push of a button. A convenient automatism will now lower the heating plate, lock it and keep it under pressure. After the countdown of the set transfer time, the heating plate will lift automatically. If desired, a speed regulator is available to control the tempo.
Thanks to the extricable opening, you will overview the entire transfer area and conveniently position your print motifs. Mounting and unmounting the textile is very easy to do. Accidental contact with the heating plate will be avoided due to wide opening angle.
Pre- and post-pressing functions
This comfortable heat press is equipped with a pre- and post-pressing function. By pressing a stop button, the usual transfer program can be shortened as desired.
This function enables you to iron your textile before transferring or post-press, without the need of changing the transfer settings.
Customization on request
On request, we can adapt the presses of this series to your individual requirements. Feel free to test these presses before you buy. We will make sure that you achieve the best possible results with our transfer presses! Additional lower heating plate on request available.
Dimensions
Perfect dimension for printing on large format textiles as well as sublimation media, such as ChromaLuxe.
Alternatively, our LTS 600 series features heat presses in 4 further printing formats.
Safety
The ergonomic opening function and safety audio / visual signs ensure a safe working process. In addition, the extricable opening avoids hand burnings.
